We had the pleasure of attending the 2017 annual Focus on Life Dinner Gala as a table sponsor.
Beginning in 1998, Focus On Life is a unique humanitarian partnership with Signal Hill, Christian Advocacy Society, and the Archdiocese of Vancouver. Proceeds from the annual Gala Dinner go directly towards life affirming media initiatives and media channels directing people in crisis to our community services.
A key topic of the gala is Signal Hill’s Value Project. This encourages students to change the culture in their school to one that values life. We recommend viewing the video below.

The event featured speaker Kim Phúc, War Survivor and Human Rights Advocate. Kim Phúc is best known as the burning girl in the 1972 Pulitzer Prize-winning photograph of a napalm attack on a Vietnam village. Kim has established numerous charities providing medical and psychological assistance to child victims of war throughout the world and has served as an UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for 22 years.
It was a great experience and we were happy we could attend.
