This year METHOD celebrates 40 years! From its humble beginnings in 1981 as a small fabrication shop called Creative Plastics to being incorporated as CSL Plastics Inc. in 1984, a name change to METHOD Innovation Partners Inc. in 2013, we have grown into a multi-divisional company.

METHOD is now composed of four separate divisions. Backwater Boats manufacturers small plastic dinghies. Harvester Horticulture Products produces a vast product line that includes grow trays, reservoirs, rolling benches, and more. EXO Construction Group provides construction services, manufactures panelized modular buildings, and project management for a variety of construction projects. METHOD’s custom manufacturing rounds out the four divisions.

METHOD has grown into one of the top plastic thermoforming companies in North America. But it isn’t just plastic components that are manufactured. Our design, engineering, and manufacturing groups work together to consult clients and solve business-critical problems with sophisticated design capabilities. With in-house teams have the deep-rooted expertise that allows us to see projects in their entirety, and deliver break-through solutions for the most complex problems. Our proven methodology helps us make the impossible, possible.

There have been many challenges in the past 40 years. In the early years, local businesses moved headquarters, thus moving their manufacturing needs. In the late ’90s, a lot of manufacturing moved overseas. And most recently a global pandemic. METHOD has always recovered and thrived.
